1. About Google Docs templates
At OCASI you can use Google Docs to create, edit, and share your documents. Google Docs auto-saves your content as you work and allows for real-time collaboration.
- Templates can be downloaded as Microsoft Word documents (
.docx
). - Your Google Docs can be shared externally with non Google subscribers.
- Templates are saved in the Google Docs Template Gallery
Template usage
⚠️ Note: Do not modify the templates. Instead:
- Make a copy of the template first (go to main menu: File > Make a copy)
- Rename your copy accordingly for getting started
- Now you can start working with your new Google Doc
2. Report templates
General report template
Use for: project monthly reports, internal reports, proposals, checklists, guidelines, policy reports, assessment reports, environmental scan, planning and budgeting, fundraising plans, FMT, MOU, OTIS, PMP, and other custom documents.

External report template
Use for: external reports, evaluation reports, research papers, and other documents to be shared externally.

3. Letterhead template
Use for: communication letters, letter of support, letter of expectations, contracts, participation agreements, etc.
4. Working document template
Use for: any internal general task or content work, handouts, team meeting notes, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, etc.

5. Certificate template
